Percept ICE Manages the New Office Launch of DBS

Percept ICE, the Special Projects, Events and Conventions Domain Company of Percept Limited, bagged the prestigious mandate of conceptualizing, managing, and executing the New Office Launch of DBS on September 5, 2017, at Express Towers, Nariman Point, Mumbai. The event saw a massive turnout of over 600 attendees, which included the Top Management from India and Singapore along with all employees of the Mumbai branch.

The aim of the launch of the New Office of DBS was to communicate a start-up culture organization that encouraged an agile work environment with flexible seating, social zones and informal meeting areas that would further inspire innovation and ideation within the bank’s digitally-savvy workforce as they forge ahead to transform the future of banking with stakeholders.

Percept ICE’s scope of work spanned planning, conceptualizing and executing a public unveil at the DBS office entrance along with multiple activities organised inside the office for the employees. Percept ICE also managed the end to end conceptualising of theevent content, artist co-ordination, crowd management, branding and décor, the entire office set up, show management and overseeing technical production of the event.

The highlight of the event was the 25ft high cloth unveiling of the office entrance along with multiple dancers amongst much fanfare when Mr. Piyush Gupta, Group CEO DBS arrived on 4^th September 2017.

On 5^th September Chief Guest Sachin Tendulkar, the face of DBS Bank, unveiled the Treasure’s lounge by scanning his hand digitally cueing the unveiling of the branding inside this exclusive lounge. This was followed by Piyush Gupta addressing the employees on the vision and goal for the new office launch. The event culminated with an interesting chat show between Sachin Tendulkar and Piyush Gupta therein making the evening more exhilarating for the attendees. The show also featured an interactive session with Drum Café and ended on a high note with a selfie that featured Sachin Tendulkar, Piyush Gupta and all employees present at the event.
