Dr. Madhukar G Angur is planning to launch an investment firm - Alliance Kapital along with Alliance University, Bangalore. Alliance Kapital will be investing in start-ups that are stuck at the initial stage because of insufficient resources. This is going to be an attempt to encourage start-ups in India by providing resources to kick-start their business.

Dr. Madhukar Angur founder of Alliance University is launching an investment firm and incubator centre at Alliance University. The firm (alliancekapital.com) will be concentrating on making seed and angel round investments to the startups. The major focus will be on areas like educational technology (edtech), financial technology (fintech), Blockchain, and Healthcare.

The ticket size for the segment will be varying from 10 lakhs to 1 cr. All the interested entrepreneurs can pitch in for the funds through their website. They will be launching an event dedicated entirely to empowering and investing start-ups in the month of September-October.
