The founding doctors of Eugenix Hair Sciences, Dr Pradeep Sethi and Dr Arika Bansal started Utkal Gaurav as a long cherished dream to transform lives using education in a remote village in Odisha. The mission is to bridge the gap between the West and the East, using education as a medium. It aims to bring the best from both the worlds for the kids in Odisha.
Using the teachings and principles of their spiritual Guru, Paramhansa Yogananda,the project has grown by leaps and bounds in the last 4 years with an aim to bring the best in the world to the doorstep of these lesser privileged kids in Odisha.
Keeping education at the centre of it’s intervention, Utkal Gaurav aims to provide holistic learning to the kids to impart moral and spiritual values along with the best in education.
Taking inspiration from the best education systems from across the globe, the program currently focuses not only on academics but also on co-curricular activities and a practical approach to learning. Key focus areas have been Academics, Communication, Computer skills, Painting, Music, Dance, Yoga and personality development.
