US-based Fintech company, PingPong Payments India is marking its footprint among Online E-commerce sellers and freelancers. Within 5 months of starting its operations, PingPong India has received a convivial response from the Amazon Seller community as well as freelancer’s segment. In the last 2 months, PingPong hosted Seller Summits in Delhi, Jaipur, and Mumbai. The first seller summit hosted in Delhi had an overwhelming response & seller participation. The event had speakers from the e-commerce giant Amazon, go to customer platform Shopify & logistic partner Gxpress. The second meet-up was hosted in Mumbai for a very focused group of sellers to understand more about the current challenges the seller community is facing in terms of banking and foreign exchange charges. “It was a great experience and an interesting session for the PingPong team where we could connect with sellers and freelancers. The USP’s and various important features of the product were very well received by the attendees. The more we meet and talk to seller community, the more we learn about the market. The recent seller summit was hosted in India’s one of the largest exports’ city, Jaipur. Jaipur has been a hub, not only in terms of offline exports, but also has been a contributing factor to the major chunk of Online exports. The handicrafts, tapestry and handcrafted jewellery, gems are high value and volume categories sold on Amazon USA, Amazon UK & Amazon EU. The PingPong Seller Summit Jaipur hosted around 150+ e-commerce sellers and 20+ freelancers. The summit had partner presentations from Amazon Global Selling team, Shopify and Jaipur based international logistics partner Gxpress. The event had participation from many Amazon service partners who help sellers in the areas of digital marketing, accounts management, etc. The partner had the booths in the event where they could network and promote their services to seller community. It was one of the biggest events hosted by the PingPong India team since its inception. Two of PingPong customers based in Jaipur - NavyaCraft and Gokul Handloom shared their experience of using the PingPong platform for receiving their payments from Amazon Global Market places like Amazon US, Amazon UK & Amazon EU. “A penny saved is a penny earned.
