Kaivalyadhama conducted an exclusive yoga session at iconic Gateway of India in commemoration of the 48th Raising Day of the Indian Coast Guard. The session marked the inauguration of various events leading up to the official celebration on 1st February 2024.

The session was graced by the presence of I.G. Shri. Bhisham Sharma, senior officers of the Indian Coast Guard (ICG) and NCC Cadets. Shri. Ravi Dixit, Joint Director of Kaivalyadhama, Mumbai and his team conducted this yoga session for over 300 participants against the scenic backdrop of the Arabian Sea.
 

This exclusive session was planned to boost the morale of troops who put their lives on-line for the safety of our country and to further develop the e-spirit de-corps. Kaivalyadhama has been located at the coast of Mumbai for the last 8 decades, thus sharing a common home with Indian Coast Guard. The session was also a tribute to this brave guards as a part of the centennial celebrations of Kaivalyadhama.
 

ICG Day is celebrated on 1st February every year to the Indian Coast Guard Force, which plays a critical role in protecting the Indian Coasts and enforcing regulations in the maritime zones of India.
