Founders of Mcare, Amit Sharma, and Chetan Singh Rathod have always believed in taking initiative. And what better place to start, than with the future generation of young entrepreneurs. Mcare with Amit Sharma, and Chetan Singh Rathod (Co-founders) at the helm, built the foundation of our charitable nature and thinking, by setting up a mobile ambulance across villages in Rajasthan as an NGO, under the RD Foundation banner, providing medical assistance to the sick and ailing right at their doorsteps.

Recently, Mcare has started bolstering the charitable trust by creating an NGO under the name Mcare Academy. The goal of Mcare Academy is to uplift the underprivileged and offer them prospects of a better future. Under the guidance and leadership of Chetan Singh Rathod and Amit Sharma, it started the first batch of 20 students. These students that joined the academy were trained for free, to perform quality mobile repairs and run diagnostics on almost every phone out in the market. The rigorous training period which lasted for over 2 months, was paramount in shaping their future careers.

Mcare went one step ahead and offered to hire the best in the class of those batches and recently acquired 3 of their best to join Mcare here in Mumbai. The course in the academy is comprised of 4 elements.

Mobile Reparations (Quality Mobile Repairing): Teaching each individual about mobile components and how to fix them to mend any damage done to them.

Sales (Sales Pitch): Teaching them all about the products and helping build the style of the sales pitch that they would like to deliver.

Marketing (Self and Product): Teach them how the market works and how to market their products when approaching potential clients.

Communication (Soft Skills): Encouragement to speak openly in English and assist them on how to present themselves in a working environment.

Mcare Academy was created with our vision at its forefront; creating sustainable businesses. It encourages each of Mcare Academy graduates to take the skills they have learned. It takes a small step to make the world a better place and Mcare are about to take a couple more!
