ICICI Securities Launches I-Gain: ‘Pay Only When You Profit’ Derivative Brokerage Scheme

ICICI Securities today announced the launch of ‘I-Gain’ on www.icicidirect.com, a brokerage plan for Nifty contracts in its stop loss based intra-day derivatives products. I-Gain is a ‘Pay only when you profit’ derivative brokerage scheme that enables the customer to pay brokerage only when he makes profit. In case the customer trade incurs a loss, no brokerage is charged. ICICI Securities is the first brokerage house in India to offer such a unique facility to its customers.

A large body of empirical research conducted by ICICI Securities over 10 years across its 3.2 million customers indicates that retail customers tend to sell winning investments while holding on to their losing investments.

It has been our aim to protect the interests of our customers and fostering a disciplined approach towards investments using technology and products. We believe that the I-Gain plan will help customers to take a decision to exit positions purely based on his view about the market.
