Ms. Shalini Warrier Appointed Chief Operating Officer of Federal Bank

Ms. Shalini Warrier has taken charge as Chief Operating Officer of Federal Bank with effect from 02 November 2015. Ms. Shalini Warrier is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India being the First Rank Holder in 1989. She is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.

Having worked with Standard Chartered Bank for more than 25 years, Ms. Warrier was the CEO and Head of Consumer Banking of SCB in Brunei. At Federal Bank, she will be in charge of spearheading the digital strategy and enhancing operational excellence through automation and digitalization designed to improve client experience, while at the same time focusing on optimizing cost of delivery. Her addition to the management team is expected to add to the Bank’s bench strength.
