Sale of 4.95% Stake in L&T Finance Holdings Limited at Rs. 70 per Share

Larsen & Toubro has sold 85,226,706 equity shares of L&T Finance Holdings Limited representing 4.95% of existing equity share capital of the Company on National Stock Exchange today at Rs. 70 per share.
